Sally and I have met many Internet marketers over the last year and luckily almost all of them are terrific! Those who we built relationships with have helped us out tremendously whenever we ask for guidance or support. They are real, down to earth, and experts in their own right, but today I want to talk to you about one of the female Internet marketers we consider to be an amazing resource as we developed our products and skills.
Deborah Cole Micek, aka “The Motivation MD”, is the president of RPM Success Group Inc. She is a leading team building coach & lifestyle strategist with a B.A. in Psychology and a long list of credentials and certifications to boot. She is also the coauthor of “Secrets of Online Persuasion”, the first published book on New Media Marketing, where they reveal how the New Media Marketplace will forever change your business… and make it more profitable!
Sally and I met Deborah, we know her as “Coach Deb”,while attending a live event in Las Vegas. “Coach Deb” was one of the last to speak, and her topic was focused on the art of online persuasion and tribal networking. She immediately connected with all of the women in the audience and we were all drawn into her energy and warm communication. At that time, Sally and I were pretty new to online marketing and social media, and what she brought to the table was extremely enlightening.
I immediately signed up for her Blog i360 program which is basically a website on steroids! I will give you a link to that program at the end of the post. “Coach Deb’s” focus, at the networking event, fell in line with another one of her programs, “Tribal Seduction”, which she relayed to us in laymen’s terms, that people associate themselves and segregate themselves into tribes.
People are attracted to those with whom they feel most comfortable and appear to be most like. Now, this should have been obvious to us, however, they way she broke it down was an awakening to most of us in attendance that day. Deborah made it abundantly clear that we associate with people who seem to be just like ourselves, as she went on to explain all the different examples or ways people identify with one another and how they gravitate towards each other. She also explained the importance of attracting and nurturing your relationship with like minded individuals that you will call your Tribe. The key element I find is nurturing your tribe.
I could go on and on about “Coach Deb” and all the aspects of building a social network that she addresses and talks about within her Tribe, but you will have to search her out yourself. I’ll give you a few ways to connect with her at the end of this post. I just wanted to give you a wee bitty taste of this woman with whom I can say has treated me with great respect and kindness, and I’ve learned a lot from.
Sally and I have really enjoyed our interactions and training we’ve received from “Coach Deb” and we know that if you search her out, you will find something helpful to you on your journey to online success, or just make a great new friend.
